Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for actively managing all assets in India to maximise short-term distributable cash flow and increase long-term economic value. You will establish and enforce regular reporting requirements from partners and property managers, work with acquisition officers in the creation of redevelopment plans, and oversee third-party providers to ensure that assets are managed to yield optimal returns. Furthermore, you will oversee the valuations, due diligence and projections on proposed transactions, and the property business plans.D

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have 7-10 years of relevant real estate experience, with exposure to large scale development projects, covering most property types in a variety of geographic regions, in addition to India. You will have an in-depth understanding of property operations and leasing, have a proven track record in successful decisions concerning rent rates, capital improvement programs, leasing strategies and property repositioning. In addition, you will have excellent written and oral presentation skills and have the ability to operate with an owner's perspective.
