About Our Client Our client is a global bank with strong presence in Asia Pacific.
Job Description You will manage in-country/regional HRIS-related projects concerning system implementations, where you will ensure business requirements specified by process owners are accurately represented and understood by the applications development team. You may have to prepare functional specifications, test plans and test scripts; conduct SIT and confirm if the functionalities are ready for UAT. Change Management and Process Re-engineering are integral roles of a HRIS specialist. As a proficient HRIS professional who is equipped with leading Human Capital and Learning Management practices and functionally strong in the same, you will be invited to participate and contribute in other HR-led projects. In addition to Project Management, you will support HRIS enquiry/service requests management framework to ensure committed service levels are met. You will support end-users and follow-up with the IT applications support team on problems reported to ensure problem closure within the shortest time possible.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, HR or Information Technology with a combination of project management and Peoplesoft HCM and ELM (version 8.9 & above) gained from a multinational environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and resourceful, you will have a strong sense of customer service mindset in dealing with both internal and external parties. You will enjoy challenges and possess the ability to drive and deliver results within tight schedules. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential in this role.
