Our client is one of the Fortune 500 group with large global business in High-Tech fields.
Job Description
The position will report to the CEO and Board of Directors to provide HR perspectives on business strategies. Work with site management team / site director to proactively identify areas of improvement related to human capital and business needs, and develop appropriate strategies to address these. Act as a change agent and implement HR programs and policies while helping Site leadership team and Site Director in the application of these programs and policies. Support and influence culture and climate, and coach Site leadership team and Site Director at the Site(s) to become excellent leaders. Ensure desired service delivery model utilized appropriately; funnel feedback to the Site leadership team and Site Director with any issues in implementing service delivery model or areas for improvement; identify services needed from CoE at the Site level. Support Sites and Site leadership team and Site director related to HR activities requiring in-person presence. Ensure compliance with local laws.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of HR experience, 5+ years on manager level
- Experience in manufacturing environment is essential, supplychain experience is a plus
- Mature and good leadership
