Our client is a privately-owned group and a market leader in the property development industry. Due to unprecedented growth and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is seeking an experienced and highly successful HR professional with strong experience gained from real estate industry to lead and develop their HR team in Hainan.
Job Description
Reporting to the board of directors in Hainan, you will be providing leadership and direction to the HR function. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including HR policy procedure development and implementation, recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development, employer branding and performance management. Most important of all, you will act as a true HR business partner to review and implement organizational development initiatives and business plans.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 8 years experience as HR generalist experience gained from property development/real estate industry. A thorough understanding of leading edge HR practices will be required. High levels of initiative and business acumen as well as a strategic mind-set are very essential to drive change and success in this role. Occasional travel throughout China will be required.
