About Our Client
Global company in the water services industry with presence in over 40 countries.

Job Description

  • Implement and standardize the the compensation & benefits function in various offices in Southern China
  • Ensure the C&B functions are in accordance with the regional HR policies and regulations
  • Travel to the offices in Southern China frequently
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Work well with the local HR staff and guide them during the implementation process
  • Good knowledge of other HR functions
  • Provide guidance and consulting to other offices on C&B matters
  • Well-versed in the local labor law and regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bilingual in Chinese & English
  • Expert in C&B as well as good knowledge in the overall HR functions
  • Able to travel frequently
