Job Description
You will oversee the design and implementation of the HR process and provide strategic advice to senior management. Specifically, you will plan, implement and develop effective and reliable HR solution and programs to support changing business needs.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree-educated HR professional with at least 3 years experiences in HR work flow development and operation. Previous experiences in Share Service Center is highly preferred.
