About Our Client
Our MNC client is looking to expand into the Greater China market and wants to increase their functional HR capability.
Job Description
A completely new role has been created working very closely with both HRD & GM to enhance the infrastructure of the HR function.
With the HRD you will formulate a strategy based on analysis of the business needs and then implement this primarily in the areas of HRIS and also the recruitment team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant, of about ten years experience, will come from an MNC and also matrix organizations where they will have experience of similar projects and of working with senior stakeholders from outside HR.
As a generalist they will have operational experience of all the HR specialisms and then be able to look at these from a strategic project point of view.
As an example, you will understand how to enhance the recruitment process through having recruited. Or alternatively you will be able to analyze the business, through having had exposure to, say, C&B which will allow you to implement HRIS.
You must have excellent English skills and be able to communicate effectively with the entire business through building relationships & credibility.
