Job Description

  • Make HR strategy planning,responsible for annual budgeting and make sure the total personnel expenses are under control;
  • Carry out necessary research and analysis on labor market, salary level, personnel cost, fluctuation rate, reasons for resignation etc.;
  • Update Organization Chart and Employee Handbook;
  • announce and explain the Company’s HR policies to employees;
  • Training and Development of the employees;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Implement and monitor Employee Performance Management Program.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree or above with major in HR, Administration Management, Psychology or relevant;
  • Over three years of HR work experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
  • Hands on experience in recruiting, training & development and performance management;
  • Familiar with labor laws and regulations;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience with HRM system such as SAP is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
