About Our Client
the official Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Job Description
- Make HR strategy planning,responsible for annual budgeting and make sure the total personnel expenses are under control;
- Carry out necessary research and analysis on labor market, salary level, personnel cost, fluctuation rate, reasons for resignation etc.;
- Update Organization Chart and Employee Handbook;
- announce and explain the Company’s HR policies to employees;
- Training and Development of the employees;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Implement and monitor Employee Performance Management Program.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree or above with major in HR, Administration Management, Psychology or relevant;
- Over three years of HR work experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
- Hands on experience in recruiting, training & development and performance management;
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience with HRM system such as SAP is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
