Job Description

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and programs;
  • Be responsible for working with all departments to develop an effective manpower plan, building up talent resources and optimized channels to ensure timely people pipeline for the business growth;
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing all HR projects/programs requested by China HR and Corp;
  • Be responsible for developing the training plan based on the effective training needs analysis and executing the plan to ensure people skill development sustain company’s business development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree or above, Major in HR or MBA;
  • 5 year and above HR working experience and 2 years of manager experience in multi-national company;
  • Certificated Public HR or MBA is preferred;
  • Familiar with HR system and office software program;
  • Good comment of English
