About Our Client
My client is a leading automotive group with business across 30 cities in China. To cope with the business needs, they are now looking for a seasoned HR professional to be based in Beijing to develop HR policies and support on key HR matters and drive optimum performance for the company. This position will report directly to the CEO.

Job Description

- Formulate & implement HR initiatives to support achievement of the business objectives of the group

- Establish, communicate and monitor implementation of HR policies and procedures across the group

- Lead, manage and oversee the group’s HR management activities, including manpower planning, recruitment and employment, compensation and benefits management, employee performance management, employee training and development, employee communication and relationship management

- Manage the sourcing, selection, appointment, transfer & exit of expat& local staff Lead, manage and monitor HR & Admin team members to ensure effective services delivery in the corporate office

- Enhance the Management and Professional development program for the group Provide quality HR advisory services, support and assistance across the group

- Build employer brand-building and formulate a culture of team efforts across the group

The Successful Applicant

- At least 15 years HR experience obtained from established organizations with solid China experience

- Exposure within a multi-cultural, multi-national and diversified corporation at both headquarters and business unit levels will be a definite advantage

- High level of interpersonal skills & strong influencing and negotiation skills

- Able to work under pressure plus proven ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities

- Energetic and hands-on style with good implementation skills
