Job Description

- Report to HRVP, has 4 direct Report

- Work in partnership with internal business clients on all people & organizational development initiatives & issues for Supply, R&D, Commercial, CA and P&O

- HR general responsibilities including recruiting, performance management, organization development, business partnership etc.

The Successful Applicant

- Track record of significant achievement

- Relevant experience with MNCs and/or HR

- Has taken a generalist role in working with internal customers

- Has led or been involved in organizational change and / or development management

- Pro-active, enthusiastic , mature
