Job Description
You will be a key member of the senior management team providing leadership and direction to the HR function of the group in line with business goals and needs. You will play a role of strategist, communicator to plan and execute organization development initiatives and formulate internal communications and corporate branding strategies to support the company growth.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least 10 years' HR generalist experience with over 5 years in a senior management position. With an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy levels, you will have strong business acumen and be able to drive and lead change. Excellent communication skills is a must. Business level English is a requirement as well.
