About Our Client

Job Description
You will work as a true business partner to senior management and provide strategic advice in addition to hands on support for HR related matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and benefits. You will work with the shared services to plan, implement and develop effective and reliable HR strategies, policies and programmes to support changing business needs.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a degree educated human resources professional with a proven track record in generalist human resources positions, preferably gained from the banking industry . You will be a passionate and proactive individual who will successfully develop and implement strategies and projects within the business groups. High levels of confidence, professionalism and diplomacy as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential. Fluency in English is required, with Chinese an added advantage.
