Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, this challenging position will assume overall responsibility for the HR and administration functions of the company. You will provide a proactive, strategic and high quality HR service focussing on a diverse range of activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training and development. Furthermore, you will review and integrate existing HR policies and practices as well as implement new initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 4 years human resources management experience. You will have a thorough understanding of a full range of HR issues and an in-depth and practical knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws. Energetic and flexible, you will have exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese will be a pre-requisite while knowledge of the latest PRC labour law will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant HR & Administration Manager.
