About Our Client
Our client is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is a dynamic conglomerate with interests in a diverse range of industry sectors. To strengthen their business positions, they are seeking 2 experienced and talented senior finance professionals to join the management team.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO and leading a sizable financial control team, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Working at corporate level, key responsibilities will include month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cashflow and revenue forecasting. You will also drive internal control initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as partnering with senior executives to support corporate planning, M&A transactions and investment projects across the group.

The Successful Applicant

This is a challenging opportunity requiring an energetic individual with both a strategic approach and a strong background in finance. You will be a professionally qualified accountant with at least 10 -12 years post qualification experience gained with listed conglomerates or in a multinational environment. Prior experience in change management and hands on experience working on PRC and overseas projects is highly preferred. Proven leadership skills and a strong desire to make a positive contribution to the business are critical to the success of this role. Excellent verbal and written English & Mandarin communication skills are essential.
