Job Description
Reporting to the Group Head of Compensation you will be an integral part of the corporate Human Resources team that provides strategic guidance and implementation support in updating group-wide and country-specific compensation and benefits programs in line with the Group’s values, business goals, compensation principles and remuneration challenges. You will proactively partner with the Group executive management team and country line management and HR teams across different Asian countries to continuously improve all aspects of compensation management and related administrative support systems. You will also need to complete specific compensation and benefits analysis and compensation management practice review projects as required.

The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will be a mature, confident, highly motivated and results-oriented team player with a proven track record of having strong partnering relationships with line management. You will have substantial expertise in the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained preferably across multiple business units in multiple countries in Asia. You will possess a passion for the field of compensation and benefits and an enthusiasm and ability to work both at the macro-level as well as to focus on the details. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, a university degree and fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are pre-requisites for this role.
