About Our Client
Our client is a highly successful property developer here in Shenzhen with an impressive network throughout the region. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administration professional of the highest caliber.
Job Description
Reporting directly into CEO, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including administration, operations, legal and IT. You will work closely with the CEO and line managers. As an integral member of the management team, you will be leading a sizable team of over 30 team members, overseeing all the issues across Administration, legal and IT.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience within Administration field, gained predominantly within the real estate industry. You must possess strong leadership/interpersonal skills and the passion and energy to build and lead a team of talents.
