Job Description
This role will be spread across Business Partner to Senior Leaders, Functional Leadership and HR Leader to the HR Function. This post will be very high profile and reports to the VP HR Asia Pacific, major Business Heads including the HR Heads of different entities and locations.
As China HRD, you will align & implement HR strategies & programs as well as taking responsibility for all HR processes (Operations): Staffing – helping the business recruit and also develop, through Talent development such as talent review, performance management, succession planning, competency and employee growth programs.
You will also be involved with all compensation management – including reward management, ensuring that pay practices are consistent with contribution.
The Successful Applicant
Coming from an international background, the successful candidate will have very strong generalist experience over the last ten to fifteen years as well as solid exposure to each of the different areas of HR specialisms. You will understand both Strategically and Operationally - Leadership, Organizational Development, HR systems & processes, Recruitment and Compensation (Rewards).
As an individual, you will have a strong "bottom line" orientation yet still be able to build excellent relationships through communication, high energy and EQ. You will be adept at influencing and leading and will be able to apply this in a matrix organization.
