About Our Client
Our client is a US technology company providing online infrastructure of supply chain solutions and trade transactions to a wide range of registered users; including buyers, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers. Due to rapid business growth an opportunity now exists for a highly talented individual to facilitate client relationship management across the Asia Pacific region.
Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Global Account Management, you will manage the client relationship with major international accounts and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and offering consulting services in relation to the company’s online trade platform. Leading a team of product managers, you will generate sales revenue and exceed company targets through ‘up-selling’ of existing services and by strategically identifying, pitching to and winning new clients. Through providing ‘best in class’ customer service you will also have an impeccable retention and renewal rate from existing clients. By expanding our client’s network with buyers, suppliers and manufacturers, you will create new business opportunities and increase market share in the assigned sales territory.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a Degree holder and possess at least 10 years' B2B business development and client relationship management experience, gained in the high-tech and/or supply chain sectors. A proven track record in managing international key accounts of apparel, footwear and retail brands would be highly desirable. You will be able to communicate and build relations with C-level decision-makers and have demonstrable experience in this field. Furthermore, you will be an entrepreneurial and result-oriented business developer with proven interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English will be essential.
