Ranked on the top list in the China residential property development industry headquarter in Shenzhen, with stable financial status and outstanding residential property sales revenue now looking for a senior investment executive in Shenzhen for the investment projects in China.

Job Description

• Reporting the Group Senior Executives, you will be responsible for the group's financing and investment in real estate development projects and the cooperation with other investors in order to support the fast expansion.
• You will be closely working with sovereign funds, pension funds, insurance companies, financial companies, private equity funds state-owned and private enterprises and listed companies on various investment projects.
• Supervise the team to develop and maintain partnerships with these above investors.
• Drive and Lead in the project negotiations and investor communication and build up internal investor database.
• Lead the team to formulate the investment and financing strategy and control the risk.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in economics or a related discipline, you will possess at least 10 years corporate experience within the property industry or investment bank or assets management company. You need to familiar with the financing and investment channel in China with listed property group. And you will also demonstrate strong strategic planning and management skills, with excellent people management skills, and well understanding of the Chinese business Culture. Fluency in Mandarin is a prerequisite.
