About Our Client
Our client is a top-tier property developer from the U.S. With their aggressive growth plan in China, they are looking for a General Manager to lead their Beijing operations.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director based in Shanghai, you will take full responsibility for the Beijing Office. The main objective of the role is to ensure that transactions (both acquisitions and development) are completed for business growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 15 years of real estate experience in China
• Excellent leadership capabilities
• Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
