Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, you will be fully responsible for overseeing and managing the Fuelling Depot Operation at Hong Kong International Airport. You will be fully responsible for all Fuellers, Mechanics, Supervisors, Administrative Clerks, QA/Maintenance Managers across the organisation, as well as the financial performance of the division. In will be critical that you ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all transaction reports, invoices to fuel farms, airlines and fuel suppliers as well as comply with the requirements of audits conducted by AAHK, Airlines, Government and Jet Fuel Suppliers. On behalf of the company you will also be required to attend meetings of AOC, HASPA, HOC, HAMA and Airport Police Officer Mess. Finally it will be your responsibility to ensure team members are fully compliance with safety rules and regulations and good business relations are kept with Hong Kong Base Air Carriers, BAC, HAECO and all Ground Handlers.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position it is critical you are familiar with IATA Into Plane Fuelling Procedures, JIG Regulations and Air BP Q.C. Regulations. It is also important that you are up to date with current market information and are able to provide strategic analysis and advice to EVP and COO.
