As the business strategy, our client is expanding its business to China, as a new start, it has set up one business unit in Shenzhen, now is seeking the talents to join this amazing company to develop its China business!

Job Description
-Establish strong networks with international architects and reputable developers; -Meet potential clients, understand each project scope and requirements, prepare fee proposals; -Follow-up with business negotiation and contract supervision; -Strengthen the company branding and expand the core business to greater China; -Involve aspects of design and Project Management for architectural works; -Integration of building services and coordination with the marketing team; -Developed local understanding in property development and insight practices; -Assist in project delivery; on time, in good quality and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
-Background in Urban Design, Architecture & Interior Design; -Over 5 years of Regional Working Experience; -Flair in Design & Creative Thinking; -Strong in Analytical & Communication Skills; -Knowledge in Project Planning, Design & Execution; -Strong experience in Business Development; -Fluent in English and Mandarin.
