About Our Client

Our client is one of key property developers in South China. They have several on-going Premier Luxury commercial property projects located in Mainland China and currently look for General Manager of Property Management (Group) to maximizing the return on investment of property.

Job Description

Directly report to VP of Operation, you will be responsible for the top management of a portfolio pf properties including planning, organizing and execution of maintenance/improvement/repair works, as well as the implementation of best practices and setting of operating standards. You will be responsible to collect and analysis latest market information, develop and implement the Operation Standards for the property management to bring added-value to company assets. You also manage a team of operational staff to ensure performance efficiency and effectiveness as well as meeting the needs of our customers.

The Successful Applicant

For the qualified candidate, you will be/have

• over 10 years working experience on International Hotel Groups, property developers or Property Management Consulting Firms with at least 5 years track record of managerial experience
• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or Property Management
• solid knowledge in Property Management in Hotel or Property Developers in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and oversea
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong capability to response to unexpected situation
• excellent PR and communication skills
• a great team leader
• fluent in English and Chinese
