Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the overall formulation of retail planning and leasing strategies. You will lead a team of leasing professionals to manage the marketing and leasing activities for the retail development project, formulate, manage and coordinate retail leasing strategies, including lease negotiations and structuring, and you will initiate an effective marketing plan, produce marketing collaterals and aggressive outreach marketing activities to capture high-profile retailers Conduct market research. In addition, you will assess and contribute to the outlet design to ensure customer/consumer needs are met, and develop and maintain excellent relationship with tenants and real estate agents . Finally, you will ensure the provision of quality tenant services including planning, implementing control of leasing tasks, tenants liaison, tenancy administration, co-ordination on renovation works, takeover of premises and fitting-out works.

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have at least 10+ years of retail planning and leasing experience, with a proven track record to exposure in Guangzhou. You will have strong sector knowledge and local experience, both business and regulatory, along with demonstrated superior leadership, people management and communication skills. Furthermore, you will have outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, an extensive network of contacts within the real estate industry, and an excellent command of Chinese and English.
