Job Description

• Understand the business conditions and government/regulatory issues in China
• In-depth knowledge and culture understanding of both western and Chinese cultures.
• Strong technical feel i.e. mechanical / electronics engineering
• Good financial understanding of the overall operation.
• Ensure that the production schedule is on time; employ lean manufacturing methods and be responsible for the overall sales revenue for the plant
• Approachable and able to interact well with all levels of the staff

The Successful Applicant

• Fluent in Chinese and English
• At least 9 - 10 years of overall plant managerial experience in industrial products plus experience managing the sales function before
