Our client is an emerging player with vast potential for growth, and are aggressively expanding into China markets with their highly visible brand of Soft Drink . They are seek for one senior General Manager from FMCG industry with depth China market knowledge to drive the business in China.
Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a multi-functional team and will be responsible for overseeing the company's China operations. You will have P&L responsibility and will play a key role in the strategic implementation of market development and channel penetration programmes and initiatives. You will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for multiple channels, e.g. International and National Key accounts, distributors, food service and other special channels, and will be tasked with establishing a solid brand image to achieve profit growth objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have over 10 years of sales and/or marketing management experience with high profile FMCG companies. Ambitious and driven by success, you should have solid experience in the China market, and are ready to take on the challenge of growing and building up a business. A strategic thinker, you have strong people management skills and must also be hands-on in your management style. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for this position.
