About Our Client

A large asset management organization, our client focuses their funds in the Private Equity and Real Estate space. With close to a billion USD in asset management, they continue to grow and expand their China organization.

Job Description

As the financial controller your main functions include:

• Managing the corporate accounting functions, which will include monthly management reporting, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, as well as overseeing the quarter end reporting for real estate funds under management
• Overseeing the capital call and distribution process for the real estate funds under management, as well as managing the real estate financing, and setting up Sharia compliant financing
• Responsible for cultivating good working relationships with PRC partners, and reviewing quarterly consolidated project cash flows and advising on capital requirements/repatriation

The Successful Applicant

With at least 8 years experience, you will be a qualified accountant, with private equity exposure. Those with real estate exposure will be considered also, and PRC experience is very desirable too. You will exhibit excellent staff management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will also posses a high degree of integrity and be capable of managing your team in a fair and respected way.
