About Our Client

Our client is a global manufacturer of consumer products with annual turnover exceeding USD2 billion. As a result of impressive growth in the Asian market, they are looking for a strong finance professional to join the team.

Job Description

Reporting to the local General Manager and dotted line to the Vice President of Finance at the US headquarter, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the finance operation of the multiple factories in Southern China. Key responsibilities will include the establishment of financial controls and operating procedures, ensuring compliance with local statutory financial requirements, management reporting, costing and budgeting/forecasting.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant possessing at least 8-10 years experience gained within multinational corporations, ideally from the manufacturing sector.Practical experience gained in China is an advantage as is a strong working knowledge of management accounting and costing. You will be an experienced staff manager with high integrity, strong leadership skills and a willingness to be hands-on. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
