About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading property development group listed in Hong Kong. With extensive expansion across the entire China region, they are looking for Financial Controllers to lead their new projects in China.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will have ultimate responsibility for the finance and accounting functions of their new property development projects in China. Leading a dynamic team, you will be responsible for management and financial reporting, cost control, tax planning and cash flow management. You will also make recommendations to the management on the effectiveness of current internal control processes and the PRC tax environment. In addition, you will need to closely communicate with internal departments as well as local bankers and authorities.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years' relevant experience gained within real estate sector. Previous China stationing experience is essential, as is sound knowledge in PRC tax and accounting regulations. You must demonstrate strong leadership abilities as well as strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
