About Our Client
Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, our client is a major subsidiary of Fortune 500 companies and is a significant player in real estate development and construction in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Due to their aggressive expansion plan, a need has arisen to recruit a seasoned Financial Controller to lead the Group Finance function.

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director of the Group and leading a team of finance professionals, you will play an essential role in supporting the business by managing all financial matters at Group level. This includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, establishing financial controls and operating procedures as well as acting as a figure head in dealing with external parties such as bankers and lawyers. In addition, you will direct all treasury matters as well as future investment and M&A opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
This is a senior management role that will suit an autonomous leader with the energy and drive to grow the business. You should be a qualified accountant with prior professional firm experience. In addition, you should also have considerable commercial finance experience, ideally in a HK listed company with strong China focus. Exposure to treasury and corporate finance functions will be a major advantage. A good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
