About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based company in the shipping sector with a strong focus on the China market. To continue their business growth, they are seeking a finance professional to join this team.

Job Description

Reporting directly to COO, you will assist in establishing and reviewing financial models to provide business planning support to senior management. You will also help to prepare annual budget, perform variance analysis and profitability forecast as well as customer credit exposure analysis. You will also assist the COO on a range of ad-hoc projects driven by new company initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a degree holder in Accounting/Finance with at least 5-7 years of working experience in a relevant capacity. Candidates with investment banking experience or in security houses are highly preferred. You will also possess excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills and be able to work independently as well as liaising with senior management effectively. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
