Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with operations in manufacturing, research and development, marketing and distribution in more than 10 countries around the world.
Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller - Great China of the Group, you will be fully responsible for the smooth operation of the finance function of the plant. You will be particularly responsible for
- Ensuring the integrity of financial reports in compliance with PRC GAAP / HK GAAP and prepare management reports for the purpose of analyzing business performance.
- Making recommendations to the management on the effectiveness of current internal control processes and the PRC tax environment.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 - 10 years gained within multinational corporations. Previous exposure within joint venture operations in China is desirable. You will posses first rate knowledge of PRC GAAP and HK GAAP. Above all, you will be able to assert yourself as a leader with excellent communicate skills. An outstanding command of both written and spoken English is essential.
