About Our Client
Our client is a large conglomerate in the FMCG retail sector with presence in over 30 markets worldwide. Due to the rapid expansion plans, they are looking for a hands-on and energetic individual to join the team.

Job Description
Reporting to Financial Controller, you will have ultimate responsibility for the integrity of statutory reports in compliance with PRC GAAP. Leading a dynamic team, you will prepare yearly budget, forecast and management reports to the local management and head office in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities include implementing budgetary and expenditure control measures that are aligned with business objectives as well as formulating and implementing financial and accounting policies. You will also provide detailed reports and make recommendations to the management on the effectiveness of current internal control processes and the PRC tax environment.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years experience gained in the Big Four and multinational corporations. Regional experience in FMCG or retail background is preferred. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong problem solving techniques. You should be an independent individual but at the same time, a good team player with the attention to details. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
