About Our Client
Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) is a US listed multinational with revenues in excess of $7 billion. Everett Charles Technologies (ECT) is a Dover company and has been a leader in the development of advanced technology board test products since 1965. With significant investments in China and double digit growth, ECT is looking to appoint a Finance Manager.

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director in the US and working closely with the China GM, you will be fully responsible for overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and treasury functions. Leading a dynamic local team, you will ensure the integrity of financial reports in compliance with PRC GAAP / US GAAP and prepare management reports for the purposes of analysing business performance and driving business growth. You will also make recommendations to the senior management team in relation to corporate strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
You should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years of experience gained within US manufacturing corporations. Solid knowledge of PRC laws, taxation and accounting standards is a must. Experience in ERP system implementation is highly desirable. A key success determinant will be the ability to demonstrate strong technical competence, initiative and display broader business acumen to deliver business results. Outstanding communication skill in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
