About Our Client
Our client is a UK company with well-established entities globally across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. To cope with their further expansion in this region, they are now hiring a dynamic individual to join their Finance team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be overseeing the consolidation of statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts for all the entities under the group. You will ensure the timely and accurate submission of all the relevant reports for senior management review. You will also liaise with external auditors and tax authorities on behalf of the company. Additionally, you will also work closely with the IT department in the selection and implementation of accounting system.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a sizable organization. Prior training in Big4/ CPA firm training and exposure to sourcing/ trading/ distribution industry would be a definite advantage. You should have solid experience in IFRS and the preparation of consolidated account for multiple entities. Experience in tax accounting, transfer pricing as well as ERP system maintenance and upgrade is preferred but not a must. You should be a detail-oriented and organized individual. You should have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well in a multinational working environment. An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
