About Our Client
Our client is a global law firm, with over 150 staff based in the Hong Kong office.

Job Description
Working in the International Finance Practice, you will handle a range of debt and equity capital markets, securitisation, structured finance and general banking work. You will represent corporates from PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea and India and trustees on Hong Kong, English and New York law governed transactions. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating deal documentation.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a newly qualified to around 3 years' post-qualified lawyer, gained in the area of banking finance work. Prior experience in handling ECM, DCM, securitisation, bonds or syndicated lending work will be highly advantageous. While the idea candidate will be HK qualified, those who are qualified in common law jurisdictions will also be considered. Fluency in English and Chinese are preferred. Excellent 3 to 6 PQE candidates will be considered for a more senior role within the team.
