About Our Client
Our client is a US listed leading application software developer, systems integrator and full-service Geographic Information Systems solutions provider with headquarter in Shenzhen.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the President, you will lead and supervise the finance team and take overall responsibility for the finance and treasury work. Act as a key member of the management team, you will also be responsible for communicating with investors as well as external auditors and providing professional advice to the board committee .

The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline with a proactive working attitude and excellent understanding of US GAAP requirements. A minimum of 5 years of senior management exposure gained in a US multinational environment combined with solid regional experience is required. Fluency in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills are essential.
