About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious international property development group with operations spanning across various industries. Its property development arm is responsible for some of the well-known prime commercial buildings in large metropolises across Europe, US and Asia. To step up their presence and further expand their development in China, a unique opportunity has arisen for a seasoned finance professional to head the China Finance operation.

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the development of a new finance team in China while overseeing a developing investment portfolio. You will recruit, groom, coach and develop a team around you to support the finance and administrative functions of this newly set-up business. You will ensure reporting, taxation and compliance issues are completed on a timely basis. You will also manage funding negotiations with local and foreign institutions, undertake financial engineering and the structuring of debt for the company's investments.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be a qualified professional with at least 10 - 15 years of experience gained with large multinational corporations, preferably within the property industry. Your will demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of the Chinese real estate market. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
