Job Description

• G/L: B/S, P/L & C/F
• Financial planning & analysis
• Finish annual budgeting & monthly rolling forecast
• Review both financial & management reports
• Report monthly & quarterly financial to our headquarters in HK and company management in china mainland
• Perform financial and cost analysis Control cash flow.
• Oversee daily cash receipt/payment activities, cash forecasting/planning and banking relations
• Prepare analysis (profitability & feasibility analysis) for investments in china mainland
• Inter-control Improve, maintain and review internal control policies and procedures
• Manage internal and external audits by being the focal contact for audit processes and liaison for problem resolution
• Manage customer credit risks and oversee daily AR activities Prepare analysis (risk analysis) for investments in china mainland
• Building a successful team Coach and develop others in the team Plan, coordinate, examine the team
• Facilitate and maintain good relationships between senior management
• Cooperate with other business functions and work together with the management team to ensure company growth strategically Liaise with local banks, tax bureau, external audits

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have 8-10 years working experience in manufacturing or trading company with qualification.
