About Our Client
A top tier global investment bank is looking for senior finance professionals with extensive experience in financial control or product control and change management mind-set to join the Finance Change Management function. This can provide you a challenging opportunity in the international working environment as well as regional and/or global exposure through out the current and potential projects.

Job Description

You will be reporting directly to the global head of finance change management. You will be hired as one of the business analysts and be responsible for overall business plans and delivery of one of the group projects, or will be hired as a Subject Matter Expert for one of the functions (FA, PC or Finance Tech) and be responsible for upgrading the process and efficiency by utilizing your extensive experience in financial control, product control or change management/project management in an investment banking industry or a consulting firm covering investment banking clients.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong relevant experience in an investment banking industry or a consulting firms covering investment banking clients.
• Extensive knowledge of financial control, product control, consolidation financial reporting process in a global financial institution
• Good at stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent consultative skills and ability to work independently with all levels in the organization with flexible and creative mind-set.
• Must be fluent in English, but Japanese language ability is NOT required.
