About Our Client
My client is the largest golf equipment company in the world, with more than US$ 1.3 billion worldwide sales is looking to fill a Engineering Line Manager Position as part of a global strategy to expand its apparel business in China. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Description

• Plan and supervise production activities.
• Ensure the health and safety of the employees and production processes.
• Implement and maintain production activities that result in high-quality products.
• Achieve production targets with high on-time delivery.
• Develop and achieve budgets.
• Ensure the proper training of employees.
• Develop and monitor the labor plan, while achieving productivity targets.
• Utilize production metrics to monitor operations on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
• Provide periodic reporting of operational performance.
• Assist in resolving Materials and Human Resources issues as they arise

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business or engineering) or Equivalent Manufacturing Experience.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good decision making skills.
• A detail-oriented individual that is comfortable with analytical, problem-solving.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for this position.
