About Our Client
Our client is reputable MNC developing high end consumer products for famous brands. To cope with their rapid and aggressive business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber Distribution Programme Manger to join their dynamic team in Dongguan.

Job Description

  • Assist Distribution Centre Manager in daily operation of the distribution centre.
  • Assist in establishing and standardizing logistic policies and processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist in establishing logistic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for results measurement; business performance tracking and variance analysis.
  • Monitor logistic cost and KPI to identify improvement opportunities and drive projects to completion.
  • Monitor customer delivery process and optimize supply chain management
  • Reduced logistic cost by sourcing and qualifying logistic service vendors including carriers, warehouse and fleet operator, customs brokers and freight forwarding companies.
  • Worked with cross-functional teams on the projects to provide logistic solution to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage rolling demand and shipping schedule to fulfil on time delivery requirement
  • Manage inventory and kitting capacity to match customer demand
  • Interface with customer and regional hubs, hands on daily trouble shooting and communication

The Successful Applicant

  • Have at least 5 years experience in global logistics supply chain, distribution management.
  • Experience in Setting Up Distribution Centre is a plus.
  • Be familiar with ERP system.
  • Be able to communicate with overseas customers and influence them with your expertise and knowledge of the supply base.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent English skill is a must.
