Job Description
Reporting to the Asia CEO, you will be responsible for defining, developing and ensuring the delivery of the Operations & IT strategy, operating model and service delivery frameworks in line with wide business strategy, customer propositions and brand beliefs. You will also drive the efficiency, consistency and quality of operations as well as the optimisation of technology throughout Asia. You will build and leverage the Operations & IT capability and capacity to meet strategic goals and deliver competitive advantage across the region. As a business leader, you will create a culture and environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and significant transformation in pursuit of enhanced customer and business benefits.

The Successful Applicant
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 12 to15 years experience, including experience in a similar role for a large multi-national organisation (ie. Insurance, Financial Institutions, Corporates). You have solid experience in a shared service centre/cluster environment, ideally with experience in setting up a regional IT function. Understanding of project/change management, six sigma and industry standard frameworks would be an advantage. You additionally possess broad knowledge of the overall business and have direct experience of working in several IT and/or Operations areas in a project management or general management capacity. As a member of the senior management team, you are also a strong leader who can define strategy and successfully drive large teams to ensure that business objectives are met.

What's On Offer
This role has the possibility to be based in Singapore or Shanghai. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
