Our client is an alternative investment management firm. With a strong China focus and approximately US$1.6bn AUM, the business has experienced nearly 100% growth over the last two years.
Job Description
A newly created role has become available at Director level to take responsibility of the Human Resources, IT and Finance support functions. This role will be tasked with strategic HR Planning and driving new initiatives in line with the firm's commercial activities.
While this position will simply oversee and manage the established IT and Finance functions, it will be involved, sometimes operationally, with all aspects of the HR Function.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have technical competencies underpinned with a commercial sense and a passion for giving the business the ever changing support it demands.
The individual should have at least ten years of experience and solid exposure to the alternative investment management industry. You will have created Talent, C&B, Development and Compliance programmes and have also demonstrated quantifiable results working with investment management professionals.
