About Our Client
A leading listed HK group with iconic mixed use property assets in both primary and secondary Chinese cities.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include;

• Directing the company's overall leasing function which will see you coordinating market research, tenant mix analysis and developing leasing action plans for new projects.
• Increasing asset values by pro-actively leasing the properties, utilizing various marketing techniques to generate revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Managing new tenant accounts and identifying and recruiting new national and international retainers into the portfolio.
• Handling the recruitment and training of on-site and corporate office's leasing staff.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify you should have, at least ten years real estate leasing experience within the PRC and other Asian markets. You will have developed excellent relationships within the tenant and broke ridge community and comprehensive knowledge of all areas of leasing particularly in secondary markets, in addition to experience in budgeting, leasing procedures and reporting. A wider knowledge of retail property development will be highly regarded.
