Job Description

• To lead the Landlord Project Services Business Line in the region, supporting both local business unit initiatives and regional operating platforms
• In conjunction with the Senior Director/Executive Director Landlord Project Services China/Asia and the Managing Director for each region, to ensure deliverability of all service lines required for a project or client, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals
• To build up a successful track record working with key clients and projects within the region
• To manage and coordinate the appointed General Managers to ensure deliverability at an operational level and build teams as required
• To formulate appropriate procedures, best practice, guidelines and protocols to be implemented upon a consistent basis throughout the Landlord Project Services Business Line within the region
• To plan and implement a business plan for growing the Landlord Project Services Group with the Senior Director China in relation to the overall strategic direction within the region

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or other related field, Chartered Surveyor and/or Master’s degree (MBA) preferred, or equivalent work experience within the region
• Strong industry and Agency knowledge preferred
• Minimum of 10 year’s operational and practical experience with emphasis on professional services management
• Demonstrated management skills to manage issues ranging from senior level to administrative
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills across Landlord Project Services
• Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service and communication
• Ability to balance the integration of the requirements and terms of company's policies and procedures with those of corporate clients within the China region as within Asia and globally
