About Our Client

Headquartered in the US, our client is a world class manufacturer of transmission products.

Job Description
Reporting to the VP, HR in HK, you will plan and direct all plants and sales offices in China and manage overall Human Resources activities. You will direct the development of company policies in China and interpret and assure compliance with China labor laws. You will monitor the human resources climate at the plants and counsels GMs on HR issues. You will direct recruitment and staffing functions to assure manpower objectives are achieved. You will conduct training at all levels to upgrade skills and administer employee benefit programs, salary administration to maintain a good employee relationship. You will also direct quarterly newsletter and intranet and maintain comprehensive HR Information to support company objectives.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have strong China exposure in manufacturing operation across multiple sites.You will posses 5-10years of experience in human resources management positions with blue ?chip MNC operations. You will have hands on knowledge of China labour laws and compliance laws, and a strong working knowledge of human resources principles. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin will be required for the role.
