An opportunity now exists for an experienced HR professional of the highest calibre to join their management team in Hong Kong.

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, Hong Kong and working closely with the executive management team, you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. These include staffing, talent development, organisation development, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations, employer branding and employee relations. Acting as a true business partner to business unit heads, you will review and further develop existing human resources policies and practices and implement new initiatives. In addition, you will support the CEO on various ad-hoc projects across Greater China while always ensuring that HR functions lead the highest level of quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates will be degree qualified with preferably, a post graduate business studies qualification and at least 10 years managerial experience gained from reputable multinational organisations or local conglomerates. As growth will be achieved both organically and by acquisition, a proven track record in providing acquisition leadership in previous roles will be preferred. Strong business acumen, exceptional leadership and influencing skills, a results oriented approach, as well as the ability to lead and manage a wide range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical “hands-on” approach are key success factors. Complete fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
