About Our Client

Our client is a mid-size developer with strong presence in Hong Kong and China, projects portfolio including residential, commercial, wet market etc.

Job Description

  • Undertake market research, feasibility study and valuation
  • Identify and advise potential asset enhancement projects
  • Devise preliminary asset enhancement projects in terms of legal, statutory, financial, technical and marketing parameters
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to pursue asset enhancement projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines, MRICS / MHKIS
  • Over 5 years' working experience in property industry, preferably with property developer or surveyor firm
  • Good connection with estate agencies and surveyor firms is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
